This proposal represents preliminary pricing for the specified project and scope. This proposal does NOT represent a final price.
This proposal is valid for 30 days from the day the proposal is received. 84 Lumber will revise and finalize pricing 60 days prior to the start of Rough Framing in conjunction with the construction schedule and look to execute a contract at that time.
84 Lumber Company reserves the right to negotiate contract terms. Please allow sufficient time for review and negotiation.
[Customer] must acknowledge that due to the volatile lumber market and the lack of supply and availability of some products, material that has been submitted for approval may have to be substituted for equal, but alternative, products at the time of order.
84 Lumber Company will not be held liable for delays in the project schedule due to extended product lead times or lack of material altogether.
This is an ESTIMATED QUANTITY only — NOT GUARANTEED. Not a turnkey project.
If extra material is needed, a CO/VPO will be issued and signed by both parties in agreement prior to shipment.
